I apologize. It's just that, you know, I have so much energy now. I've figured out how to walk, and how to climb, and the world is so interesting! I barely find time to eat or sit still, much less time to blog. I am sorry, dear reader.
Much has happened since we spoke last. Namely, I've conquered this thing called walking. In fact, I even know how to run these days. For real, it's the coolest thing ever and I'm so so so big when I walk around the house. I really like it when Mom and Dad let me roam around on my own. For some reason, they're always following me everywhere, but if I really wanted to get away from them, I could do it. I'm pretty sneaky, after all. The thing is, that I kind of like having them nearby. As much as I would like to be on my own, sometimes I need them! I fall down frequently. I hit my head a lot, and trip over things. So, when I crumble, it's really important to find one of them standing close to me so I can grab onto their legs, bury my face into their clothes, and wail. Then, if I'm cute enough, they pick me up, hold me tight, hug me close and make everything better. Gosh, I love Mom and Dad.
Last week, my Mom had a birthday. Now, apparently she's had more of these things than I have, because she didn't get nearly as excited as I do about all the birthday cake. But, for a Mom I think she did okay opening her gifts and having fun with all the party guests. I had more important things to do at the party than to worry with my Mom and how she needs to work on her party skills:
I'm really glad I had a moment to take this really important phone call. It was my agent. More deets to come when we firm up a deal.
I did take another moment to pose for a quick photo op with the rents. They are two goofy people, let me tell ya...
Obviously, I had been partying a little too hard at this point. Just needed to rest my eyes for a moment.
So, what do you think? What's a little boy to do now that his parents are getting older and more boring? I'm thinking I'll make a rap video soon. After all, I'm really in to music these days, and I've got to do something for entertainment around here.
Comment with your song selections for my upcoming album. Peace out, yo.
